OPTION 1

Straps will be cut according to the height of each truck floor using a hot knife to prevent fraying to the strap. The benefit of cutting straps is to allow the forklift operator to load freight onto the truck without the strap’s being wedged underneath pallets. Once the truck is loaded the driver can simply pull down the strap using the extendable pole which is provided with the system. This also allows the truck to be loaded without the driver being present. See pictures below.

OPTION 2

The StrapNGo Load Restraint System works extremely well for trailers and mezzanine floors, the straps can be slid either side of the trailer (front or back) once loaded the driver can simply slide the straps over the load to the centre of each pallet, buckle one side, then tension opposite with ratchet (this can be done from the ground and not jumping on the truck). See pictures below.

WHEEL & PULLEY

Stainless-steel wheel with ball bearings, four wheels are made of solid Teflon. The pulley wheel is also made of stainless steel, it has 3 wheels in individual housings to prevent derailing & increases pull down height.

TRIANGLE

Triangle for the strap to pass through is also stainless steel, it has a sleeve on the bottom shaft for smooth rolling and has a 3mm slit to allow the strap to be easily inserted.

Shock cord is of the highest grade in its class, it’s marine grade quality and is UV protected. It also has a 95% retractable memory.

SYSTEM INFORMATION

  • Our systems all come with stainless steel components fitted with 2 aluminium ‘sliding’ tracks to avoid rust and corrosion.
  • Each unit is designed to cover 2 pallets across. Eg. A 10 pallet truck will require 5 units, a 14 pallet truck will require 7 units and a 22 pallet truck will require 11 units.
  • Additional sliding assembly’s (units) can be installed, this is to accommodate for smaller pallets. Eg. skids, euro pallet.
  • We recommend for 10 or 12 pallet trucks an additional 2 units, 14 and 16 pallet trucks an additional 3 units, and for 22 and 24 pallet semi’s an additional 4 units.
  • All systems come complete with Australian compliant 2.5 tonne ratchet slaps.
